Ringtone Trouble

I have added .m4a ringtones and selected the one I want on the iPhone but
when I get an incoming call, the phone only vibrates, no ringtone. Is
anyone else having the same problem? The iPhone is running version 1.0.2

Nope, haven't had that issue. The phone doesn't play protected files, so make sure you didn't get it from the iTMS.

Did it preview when you selected it from the ringtone list?
