winterboard will let you install themes, therefor changing the icon. get it from Cydia.

phone is jailbreak and im using window vista

Just use an FTP client to SFTP into the phone and swap out the image files in the /Applicationd directory

That works for the Apple apps just fine. However, everytime I did that to something that came from the AppStore, that app would no longer launch after a reboot. Your experience may differ but that's what happened to me and eventually pushed me to use Winterboard which is a dream come true.

I agree with the rest of the posts. Winterboard is absolutely amazing! The UI is not the slickest, but it works perfectly and can handle just about any modification you want. Just drag the mods in the order of importance and they will over-ride the mods/themes below them. For example I use the Chromium iPhone theme so I have it checked in Winterboard, but I really like the Apple Wallpapers mod that makes the Springboard wallpaper rotate between Apple 11 desktops. So all I have to do is have the Apple Wallpapers checked and [B]above[B] the Chromium iPhone theme and it will over-ride the wallpaper from Chromium, but still use all of the icons, badges, huds, etc... Winterboard is simply amazing!
