Need database creation app for iphone

Does anyone know of a database builder app for the iphone? I want a program that I can decide which fields to add and then sort by any fields.

I want to use it for inputting local restaurant info so that I can save address & info on places that I stumble upon.

I had a database creation program on the palm pilot that was great for building any type of database.
