Upgrade to 2.0 ... from jail/hacked 1.0.2

Hi,

i got in trouble with my iPhone 1G:

1.0.2 was the firmware, and it was jailbroken and unlocked. Now I wanted to upgarde to 2.0 and got issues. Now the phone is not able to restore back to 1.0.2.

would you suggest restoring 2.0 straight away, even if i had a 1.0.2 unlocked FW before and was not able to virginize?

try to restore to a clean 2.0. i believe that will erase everything and start you all over anyway. some other questions tho, what did you use to jailbreak? what was the "issue" you had, and what kind of computer are you using?

my advice is restore to a clean and normal 2.0 straight from itunes, and then use pwnage tool to create a custom 2.0 and restore to that.
