There are about 5 billion iPhone apps already, and a lot of them suck.
For example, AIM for iPhone is a nice idea, but it doesn't effing work. Loopt sends SMS spam and, again, sucks.
Let's keep a running list of all the suck apps you find. Be sure to give reasons for your vote of "suck"

I don't have a device to try out the app store on for the time being but Gizmodo showed one that just about made me be ashamed to be an Apple lover. It appeared, all the app did was generate different types of smiles. Yes, smiles. You could hold the phone smile up to your mouth as if you were smiling. Astonishing work, right?
From my understanding, that was the extent of the functionality. Again, I haven't tried it myself to be sure so if I'm wrong, hopefully somebody can correct me. I'm not even sure what the app was called. Something with 'cow' in the title if memory serves.
What a lovely pile of steaming poop.

There are a few incredibly pointless apps like that. I haven't seen any apps that are extremely badly done. Some just more pointless than others.

that HA HA HA app was cra-ah-ap.
It's for making your slightly customized iPhone background image to promote the Dark Knight. waste of app store space.
