I've had my iPhone since September. I switched from Sprint to AT&T to obtain it.

Am I upgradable? Or must one have held an AT&T contract for a year to be eligible to upgrade?

Yes, everyone with a first generation iPhone qualifies for upgrade pricing.

LOL, just hand over your old smudgey, dented 2G iPhone full of personal pictures, not to mention fully jailbroken and unlocked. Watch their faces as you ask to trade for the new phone.

It is the apple phone ! Back in the early times there was special service on each apple product as well, but times changed !
