Here is some stuff from the Bladox folks:

you're free to copy & paste away this small tutorial but please do not quote my nick in an iPhone unlocking related context - thanks. This tutorial is intended as something generic to start working with Bladox products.

Things are complex for the moment but should be easier once a native tool is validated - I've seen one is already getting developed. You'll need

- A Turbo SIM (obviously)
- Your "old" subscription cut to fit the Turbo SIM
- Your "new" subscription cut to fit the Turbo SIM
- A phone that you can connect to your computer and use as a modem that I'll call mPhone
- Linux or Win32 OS to run the cable utilities. Examples are given for Windows, and all programs should be run from the command line prompt.

- Download the Turbo Cable utilities from Bladox http://www.bladox.com/pub/turbo-cable-utils-0.7.0.tar.gz and extract it
- Download AppleSaft from Bladox http://www.bladox.com/pub/applesaft-0.92.tar.gz and extract it
- Put your "old" subscription on the Turbo SIM, the Turbo SIM into the mPhone, connect the mPhone to your computer, set it into modem mode
- Look on which COM port your mPhone has been mapped (let's say COMx)
- Run from the cable utilities turbo-info -d \\.\COMx
- If it works and gives you your Turbo SIM ID and kernel version, you can proceed. Otherwise ... recheck everything
- Run from the cable utilities turbo-app -d \\.\COMx c:\bladox\applesaft.trb (if you uncompressed applesaft.trb into c:\bladox). Watch with awe your code getting slowly on the module.
- Turn off your handset, turn it back on
- Go into the SIM Toolkit menu of your handset (should be named "Sim Toolkit" or "Sim Applications" or "Turbo" hidden deep at the very bottom of some obscure phone menu ), select Apple Saft, and Set
- Turn off your handset, remove the Turbo SIM and your "old" subscription
- Put your "new" subscription on the Turbo SIM, then the Turbo SIM into the other phone, and test

This is the second source, which confirmes a full working non-AT&T telephony support and even more important, it can be done without a 2nd mobile:

Note: TurboSIM will work with any SIM (v1/v2/v3/2G/3G/whatever)
Disclaimer: I am not responsible for anything that happens to your phone.

Lets begin. First, you need to make sure of a few things:
Jailbreakhttp://cre.ations.net/blog/post/custom-ringtones--sounds-on-your-iphone-using-windows (link applicable for Windows users)
SSH enabled http://cre.ations.net/blog/post/howto-install-ssh-on-your-iphone(link applicable for Windows users)
iPhone activated using your own AT&T SIM's token
(eg. iASign method using AT&T's ICCID. https://ookoo.org/iphone/iasign.phpLink applicable for Windows users)
You have the Turbo SIM - Blank Version available herehttp://www.bladox.com/shop.php?lang=en

Once you have done all that, you can begin with the TurboSIM installation process:
Connect to your iPhone via SSH
(I'm using SFTP in my example)
Download turbo-cable-utils-iPhone-0.7.0-rev1.tar.gzhttp://www.gofilego.com/?fileid=71aef6d5c92b32b596cbf6bec73da7541ee37ae8
(much thanks to Zf_)
Unzip it, and place the entire content of the folder bin-iPhone into the iPhone's /bin directory.
(You can remove the bins after you're done if you want. Ignore the folder patch.)
Give executable permission to these files. Chmod +x <filename>, or chmod permission to 0755 if you're using a client like WinSCP
Download applesaft-0.92.tar.gzhttp://www.bladox.com/pub/applesaft-0.92.tar.gz
Unzip it, go to the bin folder in the file you've just unzipped, and you will find the file applesaft.trb
Copy applesaft.trb into your iPhone's home directory (/private/var/root)
Disable CommCenter
Download and/or open the file /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.CommCenter.plist on your iPhone
Add <key>Disabled</key><true/> just above the text </dict>
Save file and/or upload it back
Restart iPhone

Now we've got all the software part settled, lets move on to some hardware fixing:
Cut up the AT&T SIM until it fits the TurboSIM nicely. It is ok to cut a tiny bit more so that they'll fit nicely.
Repeat the above process with your own SIM card (the one you wish to use with the iPhone)
Insert the AT&T-TurboSIM combination very gently back into the iPhone.
Be extra careful! The TurboSIM is notoriously brittle, and will crack if you use too much force!
Open up an SSH command terminal and enter the following command: turbo-info
You should see a summary and OK
Next, enter the following command: turbo-app /private/var/root/applesaft.trb
You should see a reply with OK
Enable CommCenter
Download and/or open the file /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.CommCenter.plist on your iPhone
Remove the text <key>Disabled</key><true/> you have added previously
Save file and/or upload it back
Restart iPhone

Now we've finally gotten the difficult parts away! The rest should be easy:
Go to your iPhone Settings menu > Phone. You will now see a new option SIM Applications
Select it, then select Apple Saft, and then Set
Remove the AT&T-TurboSIM combination (gently), and insert your own SIM-TurboSIM combination (again, gently)
Congratulations! If you've done everything correctly, it works now!
To enable EDGE on your iPhone now:
Go to your iPhone Settings menu. You will now see a new setting for EDGE
Enter your carriers APN and/or username and password (consult your carrier if unsure)

This tutorial will not be possible without the precious help from deFa. He had used this method and confirmed that it works.

I found someone claiming to have a bunch of turbo cards in Hong Kong.

http://shopdraft5.vflyer.com/3/

Not sure of the legitamicy. But it makes sense that these things would come out of china.

Wait a minute, they're selling unlocked iPhones in Hong Kong too. I think they bought them all so they could stick them into iPhones and sell them for a few hundred bucks extra. I bet that's what going on.

Tried to order one, PayPal refuses to send the money:
"Currently PayPal accounts in Philippines are only able to send payments. This recipient is not eligible to receive funds."

This makes me kinda unsure…

Yeah, that's a little strange. Careful with where you're sending your paypal monies :p

Visual voice mail,, but that is a carrier service option, which should be touching the market in November, just before T-Mobile releases the iPhone in Germany.

I had major issues with T-Mobile's MultiSIM option. If you are on this option TurboSIM doesn't work !!!! It's because the way T-Mobile does this. The SIM actually asked more than the two, three times for the IMSI, that's why the iPhone "recognizes" that it has been fooled and disables the SIM.

Either you remove the MultiISIM option from your plan, then everything is fine again, or you get another SIM for the iPhone and do a call foreward from you main number.......

Third option: you wait until November and get the German firmware for the iPhone... ;)
