Importing Contacts and Appointments from Treo

I have all my contacts and appointments on a Treo 650 (runs Palm OS). How do I transfer them onto an iPhone?

Are you using Windows or OS X? On Windows, you can sync your contacts list with Microsoft outlook, and then have all your contacts imported through iTunes (i believe). You 'should' be able to do a similar process with OS X using the Contacts manager, but i am not positive.
