where do you go on the iphone to find the custom files and download them as an example the custom icons for the battery. Then how do you instal them on the iphone. thx for any and all help

Custom icons for things such as the battery can be found in /System/Library/CoreServices/Springboard.app

The easiest way to do iPhone theming is to look at something like SummerBoard or Customize which can be found in Installer.app
