Installer icon missing on 1.1.2

I went banannas on the installer and lost the icon. I tried iBrickr but it doesn't do anything. What do I do? I'm at a public library on a public desktop. Only PC I have access to.

Should I erase all content and settings? I'm doubting that is the solution.

I'm a super noob with the iPhone...

Oh yea...I have swapped the sim that came with it to a T-mobile sim. Could that be the reason iBrickr isn't working??

go to 1.1.1, then jailbreak it and go to the installer and go to 1.1.1 tweaks and intall the thing that resebles oktaprep(cant spell) then download the 1.1.2 fireware and SHIFT UPDATE it through itunes(NOT SHIFT RESTORE) then download the 1.1.2 jailbreak program here.

then open the windows.bat files(if i spelled it wrong im sorry but i am writing this from recolation of doing it 100 times.)
then if you want click instlal ssh. THen click jailbreak. Then wait for your phone to reboot like 3 times and your done.

That made no sense to me. I'm on a public library PC with no administrator options. So what do I do? iBrickr doesn't pick up my phone. And I know zilch about iTunes...though it is on the computer.
