I have a PC and I can not figure out a way to rename the file from .m4a to .m4r. I downloaded the program WinSCP but that just makes me more lost. Any help would be great. Thanks

Thanks What you have to do is uncheck "hide extensions for all file types" in order for you to be able to rename file exts.! Heres how to to it... open up any folder, then click on tools, folder options will pop-up, click view and uncheck hide extensions for all file types on the bottom, then click apply then ok. Now you can easily change the extensions, Good luck.. BTW, Winscp has nothing to do with the ringtones. You will need itunes for this...
