carrier logo's

How can I use a carrier logo or a custom pic up there if all I ever have is a txt version of my carrier (Rogers). How can I enable a logo instead of just text?

Also I am using a StealthSim, I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not.

Oh, and yes I have customize installed, and I have tried clicking on the carrier logo's in there, nothing happens.
