So there's so much info out there about hacks and the like, I feel like I have the most basic situation anyone can ask for but can't find it:
I have an iPhone, and an AT&T account. It's a Pick Your Plan account. When I spoke to the guy from AT&T on the phone, he said with my account (and he was playing around in his computer to change it) I should be able to activate on iTunes. Apple tech support person confirmed this. I was talking to both at the same time (till the Apple guy hung up on us). iTunes still wouldn't let me in.

How do get this thing working? (I'm on 1.1.3, but I can downgrade to 1.1.2 if I do a restore, right?)
