Summerboard Icon is there, but when it open it is blank!

I have the 1.0.2 firmware, downloaded summerboard via iNdependence, I tried to dowload using the installer, but I got error messages.
Well, now I have the Icon for the summerboad on the springboard, when I press it, it opens, but the screen is blank!!
Can someone help me out???
