stealthsim/turbosim from ebay?

i recently received an ebay gift certificate and was thinking about getting either a stealthsim or turbosim from there. i was wondering if anyone has gotten one from ebay and could recommend a legit seller. thanks!

yes i'm looking at people at ebay too. where can i can get a turbosim card so i can reprogram it when the newest version comes out. at least thats my understand of how turbosim works, if a new version of the firmware comes out - it can be reprogrammed. please advice. thanks
