According to Autospies, BMW will be abandoning their current iDrive system standard for interoperability of Apple products in their upcoming project in favor of a new, top-secret interface that they have collaborated directly with Apple in creating.<!--break-->

As of yet, there is no information on the specifics of the interface, but Autospies insinuates that they are working with Steve himself in it's creation. They do mention something about a clickwheel being built into the steering wheel that would control a slick software UI, but take that with a grain of salt.
