Hey, I just purchased the iPhone 2 days ago and need to use it in Colombia. Is there a hack available? How do I know if the software is 1.1.1 or 1.1.2?

Can anyone let me know if I can hack my new iPhone?

to figure out what firmware you have just do the following.

On the emergency dial screen dial *3001#12345#* and tap Versions
what do you see?
if you see 04.01.13_G. then you have 1.1.1

If you just got it from the Apple store, or maybe even form some online auction... don't hold your breath on getting the 1.1.1 firmware since you most likely, like many others around here, have the latest firmware and bootloader.
