suddenly no service!

phone was working beautifully until 20min ago. now it doesn't recognize my phone network carrier! tried all kind of stuff-- turn off/off- same but with the airplane mode on/off -- and plenty more.
do i reset try and reset the settings? restart? flash baseband?
someone please help:o

please...i still do not have service on my phone. it is a 1.0.2 unlocked with ibrkr and anysim. something is wrong. please help me.
