When tried to unlock my phone according to the steps in this link http://www.hacktheiphone.com/111/iphone_step_1.html
When I do this step : dial *#307# The iPhone will ring,
press the X button at the top to delete all the characters you just entered. Now enter: 0 then press Call again while it is still ringing. Now press Answer. Here I don't get # 1 on the top of the screen and when I ignore this and continue every thing goes ok until I reach to

I can't get the setting screen it go only to the 1 st screen (dial up screen)
