activation screen showed up again

I activated the phone using the guide that doesn't require the use of a computer, just from the iphone itself. After activating it, I installed SSH, and then tried to fix Youtube using Fugu. On the last step, it said to restart the iphone, and instead of pressing the power button and shutting down, I held the power button until it turned off and then turn it back up. Now the activation screen shows up again...what should I do? Should I just restore it and do everything again?

what activation method exactly you used? jailbreakme.com?

I if you used jailbreakme.com I think you should try to restore again. Im ignorant about other methods but if you want to feel sure restore it through iTunes and then try again.

I have tried restoring three times, and doing the jailbreakme.com activation three times, but after trying to fix YouTube using Fugu, the activation screen shows up again after restarting the phone. All I'm doing is replacing the 3 files in the Lockdown folder, and I'm not sure what causes the phone to deactivate.

Ok, I solved the problem. Using the installer app, I installed one of the packages that fixed the youtube problem, much easier.
