Ok so I used apptap over wifi to unlock my iphone and I use at&t so the service works fine. I cant get two things to work 1 is yahoo mail....It tells me my user name or password is wrong for imap.apple.mail.yahoo.com....A gmail account works though...? Also youtube wont work it tells me to connect to itunes..All the guides to get youtube to work are old so can anyone help me get youtube working after apptap and also my email..PLEASE and THANK YOU

I am having the same exact problem.... i installed app tapp a week ago.... before then everything was working fine... after i installed it everything was good except when i click on youtube its says it cant connect.... i have at&t service and my yahoo email account wont work... i dont want to restore the phone after i just added so many mods....
any suggestion i tried the youtube fix thats posted and it didnt work

Alternatively you might try adding http://i.unlock.no as a source for the installer and then using their "YouTube activation" - worked for me.

I followed the instructions here:

and it worked out just fine to fix YouTube. There is a mac tutorial on this site as well.
As for the Yahoo mail question, I'd love to get an answer for that myself! I remember when I did the jailbreak for 1.0.2 back in August, the tutorial mentioned that Yahoo mail didn't work and the author was unaware of how to get it working.

tried that and some other tutorials they dont work.... it was working until i installed Snappapp and then installer. I dont know what it did but ever since youtube and yahoo email wont work.... i cant think of anything else... i dont want to recover the phone because i'll loose all the customizations i've made....
anyone have any other ideas

I tried this method but I'm still unable to get YouTube to work as the error states "You must first connect to iTunes with an internet connection to enable YouTube". I can successfully sync my iPhone which is using firmware 1.1.1 (unlocked) but still no YouTube. Restarting the iPhone doesn't resolve the issue.
