OK..Upgraded phone from 1.0.2 to 1.1.1

I upgraded and unlocked my Iphone from 1.0.2 to 1.1.1 using this method:

Howver, now Itunes says that I have 263.5 mb taken and no free space left? F.Y.I. it's a 4gig phone.

Everything else is working well. I just can not put music, videos, photos, and etc. on the phone now.

Any suggestions?
