how to Re-unlock an iPhone? Incorrect SIM

Please, i really need some help,
First, I have an iphone that was already unlocked and working fine with a non At&T sim. I updated from 1.0.2 to 1.1.1. and bricked my phone. I tryed with several methods to re unlock it, but now I have a Incorrect SIM messege.
is there a site that shows step by step how to re-unlock it again? I have tried with the original SIM that came in the box. I have tried with a Non-At&T SIM card, and tried with no SIM at all and nothing, please HELP

After 8 hours straight, I give up! I bought a mod (unlock) set which was unlock. On the Springboard, it shows a "Anysim" icon. Being clueless, I went to activate it (without knowing it was activated). My unlock iphone turns ibrick! Now I have no way to revert it back. I tried doing the entire cycle of "Hack the iphone (http://www.hacktheiphone.com/111/iphone_step1_windows.html)" is useless... the sequence work with a new set, not a set that was unlock before...

Hope someone can shed lights my brick T.T

okay, all about "Hack the iphone" for a new Out of the box can work for an "unlock(ed)" phone. All you need to do is this "re-virginized" step. Thanks to Member:ppc_hhvn at http://hackint0sh.org/forum/showthread.php?t=13072.

It took me hours to understand what the above and keying using terminal is such a pain. We can replace it by using WinSCP. Since I did so many things to finally get it working, I can't really remember the sequence. But I think it should be Step 7 (after getting WinSCP), skip to "ppc_hhvn" method. Sometimes, WinSCP will pop host lost after 15 sec. Be patience. Just wait. If it really goes for 15 mins, then no choice, restart. But you can continue from where you stop. After all the steps, continue "Hack the iphone" steps.
