Windows procedure failure

First of all thanks for the "Hack the iPhone" great work!
I follow the new Windows procedure and it's all ok until the PXL installation and check.
Then I Browse applications in order to install “BSD Subsystem" but it crash giving me this error (sorry, is in Italian, but it's the same):

the same for the next applications...
Can someone help me?

My iPhone was unlocked for Cingular upon the release of the new tutorial I decided I'd go and try to unlock mine also. But in doing so my ability to install 3rd party apps are gone. I got the same error as abrax. It says there is something with iphoneinterface.exe. Before when I did the cingular unlock i was able to install apps with iBrikir but now after trying the method on this website and than restoring to do the old method I can no longer install 3rd party apps.
