Help! iphone went crazy!

My iPhone went crazy. I unlocked it successfully using Anysim, but when I tried to delete anysim from my phone, it just went bonkers.

Now, when I plug it to my computer, it is not showing on itunes, and it just says it needs repair or something.

Do you think a full restore could fix it?

Why don't you try it and see. Can't make things worse.
