Jailbreak, Activate and Unlock FW 1.1.1 using IPSF

Hi,

Lately iNdependence have been released to the public and supports FW 1.1.1 by doing a Downgrade to 1.0.2 first.

If I follow the guide and downgrade to 1.0.2 first. Run Jailbreak/Activate/SSH on the 1.0.2 FW and unlock it with IPSF. Then again following the iNdependence 1.2.2 guide again to upgrade the FW to 1.1.1, runs Jailbreak, Activate and SSH stuff. I believe the FW 1.1.1 iPhone will be unlocked, am I right? Should I use the AT&T SIM card during the procedure, My local phone company SIM card, or no SIM card at all?

I haven't, I just asked. Because I think I want to invest in IPSF as it doesn't clutter the Baseband?
