itunes logo is appearing on my iphone

I was doing the downgrade and my iphone was taking time , i waited for 30 minutes the only thing i can see was the itunes logo. So there is any solution that how can i solve this problem?

when u got ur iphone, did it already have firmware 1.1.1???

cuz mine has 1.1.1 out of the box and i tried to downgrade it and when i restore to 1.0.2, my iphone has the usb cable and itunes logo on the screen.
and it just stays in that screen...

The same thing happened to me yesterday: I was trying to restore the phone, then it locked up in the "USB Cable + iTunes" screen. Nothing would work and my iTunes couldn't recognize it.

Here's what solved the problem for me:
Just connect it to another computer and do the restore there.
Really, it was that simple for me, and hopefully for you too.
