Arranging Icons

Does anyone know of a program we can use to arrange the icons on the springboard?

its a program call rSBT=recombanant spring board technology
you can download it through ibrickr like I did but other programs I dont know so uh best of luck!

ibrickr is good, you can also use intaller and install it over your wi-fi connection its much easier.
Customize is also an excellent application that lets customise your batt, keyboard, signal icons and you can also change any sound on your iphone such as when a message is recieved
