App locations iphone 3G

Hello all, I was wondering how I can change app icons on my iphone. I am using buuf2 theme and have apps that are not assigned icons, like tweetie for example. Is there a ways to find these app icons with Fugu and change them to unused buuf2 icons? Thanks

I see the applications but not all of them are in there, are they located somewhere else?
