suggestions/ Iphone weird problem

Ok I bought a Iphone 2g unlocked and Jailbroken, 3.0 firmaware.

I asked my son to hook it up to the computer and when it did it borught Itunes. For somereason he hit upgrade and brought the phone up to 3.1.2.

When I turned on the phone it was at slide to emergency.

In a quick read I rain Blackrain on it. It ran the file and rebooted, I saw the frodo looking dude come up and then it rebooted.

It is still coming up to slide for emergency and I cannot get past it.

Now the weird part is I get Text message popping up, I am able to recieve and send phonecalls. It just will not get past this slide to emergency.

I am on Tmobile and it reads the sim/ I got freat signal just cannot get to the desktop.

Any ideas or suggestions?

blackra1n doesn't have activation in it. If you can use something like iphone browser or disk aid, you can ssh over via serial a hacktivated lockdownd file that should let you into the phone. This is what I had to do when trying out purplera1n.

I now have no wifi. I can see them but cannot connect (unable to join). I have tried Resent Network Settings to no avail. The wifi is operational as I can obtain connections from mylaptop.

ALSO, there is no longer a Renew Lease option for any of the wifi connections that are shown.

Any suggestions?

connect to itunes again and hold the on/off button for around 5 secs. it will reboot by itself again.

I believe only epic center(apple) can help. i've never encounter this problem even though i've got a iphone 2g.
