Hi,
I have a 2g iphone, which I unlocked with 3.0 firmware. I used iTunes to restore and redsn0w to unlock my iphone. I used this tool several times because my unlocked iphone would often lock/freeze up and I have to repeat the process over and over again. Any Idea. Now, it happen again and it has been very difficult to just restore with iTunes / firmware 3.0 again. I keep getting this error all day long
The iPhone could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (6).
I tried that process on several PC and same results.
Any help is appreciated on helping me get my phone back in working order. I only have a PC (no Mac). What other step to create a more stable unlock iphone, which will not freeze up again.
