Hello, I am currently using a 3G phone with 3.0, carrier version 5.0 and firmware 04.26.08 and Im pondering upgrading up to 3.1 but right now I have tethering. Once I upgrade will I be able to go back and change the carrier to allow tethering?
My phone has been acting up quite a bit lately (closing apps, freezing, slow response) so Im wondering if an update will help with that, but I dont want to lose the tethering option.
