The LaserLine Silicone Skins are simple, but well designed silicone cases for the iPhone. These nice cases provide a relatively good amount of protection while not giving off a bulky feel. The thing that sets the LaserLine cases apart from others is the very large variety of colors and an optional hand strap and lanyard that are able to be attached to the case.
The LaserLine Silicone Skins are made out of very durable silicone. It's an open face design that allows easy accessibility to the iPhone's touch screen. The home button, sleep button, and silence button are also cut out of the silicone to provide relatively easy access. The volume up/down is outlined in silicone and completely covered. The case is also ribbed on either side to provide grips on the iPhone. There are also two small holes in the back of the case to attach the hand strap or lanyard that comes with the case. The case also comes in a large variety of normal colors, glow in the dark, and color changing.

I was initially put off by this case. I didn't really like the cut outs around the buttons because they felt a little tough to use. As I kept using the case and getting used to the feel, it really grew on me. I really love the grips on this case because they really do make the phone slip less. I also thought that the hand strap was really nice and very practical. I also did a bit of stress-testing on the silicone and I found it pretty much impossible to break from normal use. Since the silicone is also pretty thin, it doesn't look bulky at all and still provides a good amount of protection. I was also able to use all three types of cases, normal color, glow in the dark, and color changing. I must say that they were all pretty cool and I even found the glow in the dark one to be very practical when I was looking for my iPhone in the dark (which did actually happen a couple times).

I did have a few issues with this case. My number one issue was button accessibility. While the sleep button and home button were pretty easy to access with the skin on, the silent and volume controls were a little tough. The silent button is slightly embedded so the only easy way to flip it on/off is with a fingernail. This really isn't that big of a deal and actually prevents your phone from going into silent mode in your pocket. It's just a tad annoying. The volume control are a bigger problem. The volume control is not actually cut out from the silicone, but just outlined. This makes it hard to feel and therefore difficult to control without actually seeing what you're doing.
If you're looking for a silicone case that will protect your phone well and look pretty nice, I recommend the LaseLine skin. It is a very durable case that has only a few minor shortcomings. For the low price, it's a really great deal.
The LaserLine case is available for $10-15 at <a href="http://www.laserline.com/ipod/home.php?cat=263"target="_blank">laserline.com</a>
