Can anyone tell me how to solve this issue:

*Looks like you need to download the iPhone firmware. Fire up iTunes with your iPhone plugged in, and hit the Restore button. Once the download starts, unplug your iPhone. When the download finishes, click away the error message in iTunes, and close iTunes. Plug your iPhone back in, and click Check again. *

I am unable find the "restore" button in Itunes. How do I download the iPhone firmware so that I can "jailbreak" my phone and proceed with the Unlock?

goto http://cre.ations.net/creation/ibrickr
and look for the following..

"The iPhone 1.1.1 update ruins everything! If you don't already have the 1.0.2 firmware downloaded, you can't use iTunes to grab it any more. Use this link (while it still works) to download the firmware and put it in C:\Documents and Settings\(your username)\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhone Software Updates . IPHONES WITH THE 1.1.1 SOFTWARE UPDATE DO NOT WORK WITH iBRICKR! I'm doing my best to get iBrickr working with 1.1.1 firmware but it's an uphill battle. "

follow the above and you will get the jailbreak working without the resore in iTune.
