Help-Trouble unlocking

I'm having problems trying to unlock my iphone. I'm using ibrickr and following the instructions from hackthephone and d/l all files. However, when i got the phone it already had apptappinstaller. the fw ver. is 1.0.2.

I can use the anysim prog that is copied over to the phone. however, i can not make any calls. but, the carrier is seen at* is display or t-mob--i still can't make calls. under settings t-mob is displayed.

how can i set the phone by to factory default? any suggestions, thoughts, or comments. thank you

I would do a full restore using iTunes, making sure to restore the 1.0.2 firmware AND NOT the 1.1.1 firmware... again, NOT the 1.1.1 firmware. Hold down the Option Key when clicking the "Restore" button to select different firmware. You can download the version 1.0.2 firmware here (http://appldnld.apple.com.edgesuite.net/content.info.apple.com/iPhone/061-3823.20070821.vormd/iPhone1,1_1.0.2_1C28_Restore.ipsw) and the browse to it during the Option+Click Restore process.

Then, I would follow this how-to guide to the letter (http://www.freeiphoneunlock.com/guide/) to unlock your iPhone. It worked for me, perfectly.

jc6btbHey wats up. i unlocked my phone and it was making calls but couldnt connect to edge... it werk like that for about 2 days and out of no where locked again. it just said no service and then incorrect sim. then i tried the unlockin process again but when i go through the anysim program it says that the firmware in this iphone is already patch and will now quit..... if u could help in n e way i would really appreciate it thanks.
