you tube problems on my iphone

hi guys and girls ,

i was having problems with my wi-fi but got it working ok then for the first time i was able to get you tube , but then when i tried again its comes up can not connect to you tube or inter-net anyone else had the same problem if so what did you do to solve it

can u only get youtube while usin WiFi? Can u use youtube if not connected to WiFi?
