I got "incorrect SIM" problem that doesn't let me perform any hock further. Is there any good way to restore the iPhone back to the original "FACTORY SETTING" (not simply restore from iTune.
Thank you

Well, kenobi, I hate to say this, but sounds to me like your iPhone might be bricked.
Was your iPhone unlocked when you installed the update? Did you have any "apps" or "hacks" on your phone? Had you modified it in any way? Please explain some more. If you did, then you have a problem.
If you iPhone really is "bricked", then I'm afraid there's not a whole lot you can do atm. For now, sit and wait. And hope.

yea, i'm worry it's bricked!! coz the IMEI is 00 499901 064000 0 one that described as problem. my phone was never unlocked and not sure i still have the "hack" or "app" in the phone coz i can't by-pass the "emergency call only" screen. i accidentally updated it via iTune when i was in the middle of "jailbreak", "activate via Independent", and installing anySIM. please HELP!!!
thank you,
