Is it Possible to unblock the iPhone 3G when its been blocked by O2?

If anyone can Sort me out or knows anybody then that would be great

Blocked? Do you mean the IMEI is banned/blacklisted?

yeh i think the IMEI is banned or blacklisted but i dont have a clue about these kind of things, its not possible to unblock is it? or is it ?

i dont think they will help me because it was found so as far as they know it might of been stolen (it wasnt!) so is there a way of sorting it out?
