Trying to update 2G Model that is unlocked

I have a iPhone 2G that I unlocked and jail broke using WinPwn. I am currently running version 2.0.1 of the software.

I would like to keep my phone unlocked and jailbroken but update to the latest software (version 2.2.1).

What is best way to accomplish this?
