Get Movies Off Used Iphone

I just purchased a Used 2G 2.2firmware Iphone. It currently has 1400 songs on it and 3 movies. I have been told that once I sync with Itunes, I will lose all of that because it is registered under the previous owner's account. Does anyone know how I can save these on the Iphone or on my computer so I won't lose them when I sync up?

if you use mac download a program called senuti, its free. if you are pc not sure. try to google a equivelent

you can connect to itunes and not sync.
you can jailbreak using quickpwn.
follow hackthatphone's tutorial for that and then make sure you take his advice to use cydia to download Open SSH.

Then download Fugu and follow his tutorial for that. Once you can get into your iPhone's file system that way, you can click and drag all the music and movies from the iPhone's folders to your desktop or where ever you want and then import them into iTunes from there.

The music and video is all on your iPhone located in
/private/var/mobile/media/iTunes_control/music

There are a bunch of files there like F00 and F01 that hold everything with random/coded names.

This is the techy way to do it. I've heard of programs like the one in the previous post, so go for it.
