Nice List allows you to add people from your phone's Address Book to your shopping list; from there, you can add gifts for each person. The app can even keep track of how much you've spent on someone, and you can mark each gift as either bought, wrapped, or shipped.

If your little one's are of the spying type, you can easily secure your list by using a passcode. iPhone Alley has reason to believe that this is the same type of super-secret encryption that Santa himself uses.
