Smule Announces 'Leaf Trombone: World Stage' For OS 3.0, "Feel The Love" Contest

Smule has announced the release of Leaf Trombone: World Stage for specifically for OS 3.0. The new app adds two-player "duet mode" utilizing the Gamekit peer-to-peer technology in OS 3.0, as well as "Achievement Alerts" via the new push notifications service. To celebrate, they are also announcing the "Feel the Love" contest, awarding $500 in cash to the winner, with a new contest every other week for the next eight weeks. Details after the break.

Smule's Leaf Trombone Now Available

Smule, the company behind Ocarina [App Store], has released its latest app today called Leaf Trombone: World Stage [App Store]. The application, like other Smule apps, transforms your iPhone into a musical instrument—a leaf trombone to be specific. From the app you can play one of the many included songs, tabbed out by leafs.

Ocarina Turns Your iPhone Into A Magical Wind Instrument

The wonderful folks at Smule have recently released their latest application called Ocarina. Touted as the first real instrument created for the iPhone, Ocarina transforms your iPhone into an ancient wind instrument that you can actually play. Consisting of four dots which can be played in any combination you choose, the app is capable of handling quite a few tunes thanks to its ability to change both its root and mode. Ocarina even includes a Zeldarian mode so you can relive your favorite N64 game.
