At Macworld 2009, Ettore Software unveiled TapIt4Me for the iPhone. The application, available soon on the App Store, allows users to type large or repetitive sets of text with just a few keystrokes. TextExpander users will feel right at home in the app as it works in a very similar way.

Pricing for TypeIt4Me has not yet been announced.

At Macworld 2009, Widget Press debuted their new application called ModelBaker. This Mac app allows anyone to create database-driven web applications with zero coding required. The app can be used to create anything from a blog to complex sites for holding tons of info for business applications. The cool part is that ModelBaker automagically creates iPhone versions of every site it spits out.

Microvision had a new gadget on the show floor this week. The Show WX is a pocket-sized projector that lets you play videos and other such media on your iPhone or iPod. What's cool about this one though is that the image is actually projected with lasers, making for a visually brighter image that's always in perfect focus.

At Macworld 2009, CodeFlare introduced a new service called TileStack. The service has been described as a Hypercard clone and allows those without programming skills to create applications right on the web. Once you've created your game or application, it can then be compiled for the iPhone and placed on the App Store. CodeFlare takes a small cut of the profits, but otherwise it's your app.

At Macworld 2009 Equinux showed off three new iPhone applications. The first, iSale Mobile, is a companion app for Equinux's eBay application. It allows you to quickly draft an eBay auction from your iPhone and import it into iSale for fine tweaking. The idea behind the app is that you can bring your iPhone to the items you're selling. iSale Mobile is now available for free in the App Store [iTunes link].

The company also introduced two apps targeted for their TubeStick live TV customers. Live TV allows you to watch live TV over your home WiFi network directly from your TubeStick and will be available sometime in March.

This year at Macworld, iPhone Alley presented several companies with Editor's Choice Awards. The awards went to products which stood out among the others at Macworld. Not all of the products are new at the show, but they were all present. All of these products caught our eye because they're innovative, incredibly useful, or just incredibly great. The guys over at Freeverse are demoing two new racing games on the show floor this week. The first, SlotZ Racer, is a game themed after slot cars . The game comes with a track editor that makes use of the iPhone's multitouch screen to let you insert, place and scale different pieces of race track and add obstacles. You can also chose if the track is in day or night, the color or variables for each car, and what size the cars are compared to real slot cars.

The guys over at Matias have a new toy here at the Expo that's sure to please many iPhone owners. It's called the TuneBlocker, and it lets you decide wether you want to sync your iPhone or just charge it. It has a single switch: switch it one way and you can charge your device on any machine without it contacting iTunes to sync, keeping it safe from having it's music overwritten. Switch it the other way and it acts as a normal connector cable, and your iPhone will sync with iTunes.

Kensington is showing a new hands-free car set for making calls while driving without breaking any cellphone laws that might be in your area. The Kensington Hands-Free Visor Car Kit syncs up with your iPhone and has 3 buttons you can program with 3 different phone numbers you can call without even touching your phone, letting you make calls at the push of a button without diverting your attention from the road.

3 new toys from Griffin. The first two are the PowerBrick Reserve and PowerJolt Reserve. The PowerBrick Reserve is a standard wall charger for your iPhone that has a removable emergency battery magnetically held in place that can be removed and plugged into your iPhone when you're out of juice and can't find an outlet.
