Nice list is an application made specifically to help you remember which gifts to buy while you're out Christmas shopping! The first thing you'll notice is that it's very pretty. To begin creating your lists, simply tap the plus button to add someone's name from your contacts. If their name isn't in your contacts, you can manually enter it.

ACTPrinter is an extremely useful app that allows you to download any document you would otherwise print right to your iPhone. Once you go to Houdah Software's website and download the corresponding computer application, you're all set to go! This is one those app concepts that I'm really surprised isn't automatically included with the iPhone.

Good Reader is a file viewer primarily boasting the ability to store and show large PDF files with ease. Using their own viewing engine, large text files, PDFs and large images load quickly and don't strain the application. With the download of a third-party desktop application, you can get started with Good Reader today!

NotifyMe is a simple application which uses Apple's push notification service to notify you of reminders set within the app. Reminders can be set for any time (in 5 minute intervals) and assigned a category. You can also have reminders recur daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, and yearly.

Grocery Gadget is yet another grocery list maker to hit the App Store. Like other apps of its kind, it lets you create shopping lists and then check off the items as you place them in your cart. Unlike other apps of its kind, it also allows you to take a picture of the item you want. This comes in really handy if you're sending someone else to the store and want to make sure they get the right scent of fabric softener. Another unique feature is that you can import lists from Grocery IQ (another popular grocery app)!

Groceries is a beautiful grocery list application that makes the mundane chore of shopping easy.There's nothing more frustrating then getting home from the grocery store to realize that you've forgotten a crucial item. This app fixes that problem and more. Simply select your item from a massive list of products! To cross off, just tap the screen and the program will draw a red line through the item.

Ambiance is an ambient sound application designed to help you fall asleep, relax, or just bring you to a more comfortable state. It includes a sound store where you can download any of the over 300 sounds for free.

Simplenote is about as plain as that. You write simple notes, and they are saved automagically to the application. The outstanding function is the online synchronization which allows you to log in and input notes yourself online or simply view the notes you have.

MagicPad is a rich-text editor for the iPhone. Using this application, users can highlight text, embolden/ italicize/ underline, change the font size and even text color.

Evernote is a great application for saving audio, image or text notes. Instantly connect to the Evernote server to synchronize and view all your notes for as far back as you can look. Evernote even includes text recognition, allowing users to search for text within the images they took.
