Ocarina

Ocarina is touted by Smule as the first true musical instrument created for the iPhone, and they're spot on. Ocarina is a simple application which transforms your iPhone into an ancient wind instrument that you can actually play.

Files

Files is a file storage application for your iPhone. You can think of it as a glorified flash drive because it lets you put just about anything you want onto your iPhone for retrieval later. The nice thing about using your iPhone for this purpose is that you can actually read quite a few of these files on the go, without a computer. There are quite a few apps of this kind on the App Store, but Files does have its share of unique features.

21 Pro: Blackjack

21proicon.jpg

21 Pro Blackjack is a traditional blackjack game with quite a few extras. Gameplay is very fast-paced, and you can win (or loose) a lot of money in a short amount of time. As you start playing, it's immediately apparent that a lot of time was put into the game to make it lots of fun to play, for both pros and beginners alike.

OmniFocus

OmniFocus was one of the few applications I was really looking forward to at the App Store's launch. Because I've already taken the plunge and decided to let OmniFocus track all of my random to-do's and projects, a companion app for my iPhone really excited me. To truly have a handle on my productivity, OmniFocus for the iPhone seemed extremely necessary.

Sketches, put simply, is a drawing application for your iPhone. You can draw free-form lines, add text, and even draw shapes using multi-touch. You can spend a few minutes doodling to pass the time, or you can spend hours creating a masterpiece.

iCopter

It's been said many times before that simple little time-wasters are the perfect type of game for the iPhone, and I totally agree. Sure, large-scale games like Spore are great, but if you only have two minutes of time to kill, you don't want to get emotionally invested in a game. That's where iCopter comes in. iCopter is one of those games that's been around since the jailbreak era of iPhone apps, and its ability to keep me entertained and engaged hasn't changed since.

PegJump

If you have ever been to a Cracker Barrel, you know that there is a small peg game that sits on the table to kill some time before eating. The game tests your "I.Q", by seeing how many pegs you can eliminate from triangle shape board. This game is perfectly imitated by PegJump.
