Blades of Fury is a surprisingly good fighting game quite similar to Soul Calibur. Created by Gameloft, Blades oozes quality in every category, from the sweet visuals to online play. It even features a decent storyline! After being defeated 20 years ago, the evil Faust has risen again to reclaim the holy suit of armor. You start the game by choosing one of 6 characters (more are unlockable), both good and bad, each with unique moves and interesting motivations for wanting the armor.

Rise of Lost Empires is a Real Time Strategy (RTS) game by Gameloft. It has a very similar feel to the computer game Warcraft and comes complete with great graphics, great soundtrack, and solid gameplay. You start as Gavan, fighting to protect his homeland against the orc hordes. You are a hero. The success of your empire falls on your shoulders as you you prepare your people for attack. Eventually the great story in Lost Empires will have you playing as both humans and orcs!!

Terminator Salvation

Terminator Salvation is a third-person shooter based on the new movie of the same name. Developed by Gameloft, Salvation is one of the most impressive game apps to appear on the iPhone yet. You play as both the human resistance leader John Connor and a Terminator series newcomer named Marcus Wright as they take on evil super-computer Skynet and its army of Terminator machines. You’ll destroy dozens of T-1 to T-700 Terminators as you make your way from L.A. to San Fransisco on foot, truck, and even on the back of a Terminator-motorcycle. The game does a good job of following the movie version of Terminator Salvation without giving away any significant plot points, so don’t feel like you need to experience one before the other.

The Oregon Trail

The Oregon Trail is the spin-off version of one of the most classic "educational" computer games ever made. Fun for kids and adults alike, this game is a great way to whittle away time. Playing the game all the way through takes about 2-3 hours which makes it a perfect game to keep you entertained during those boring moments of your day. The point of the game is to make your way from St Louis westward via The Oregon Trail. Keep your family healthy, your food levels high, and maintain proper care of your wagon as you roll your way west in this historical game that's set in the 1830's.

Uno is a well loved card game that I'm sure everyone here has heard of. Ah, but did you know you could find it in the iTunes Store? Gameloft has turned a classic family game into a gorgeous app with intuitive controls. The goal is simple: get rid of all your cards and try to prevent your opponents from doing the same.
